Members of the public, especially persons belonging to weaker sections of society as defined under Section 12 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, including women, children, senior citizens, persons in custody, and economically or socially disadvantaged individuals who require free legal assistance

Access to free legal services through Legal Services Clinics, including legal advice, assistance in drafting applications and documents, help in availing government welfare schemes, pre-litigation dispute resolution, legal awareness, and referral to appropriate legal forums to ensure easy and effective access to justice
