Beneficiary:

Women victims/survivors of sexual assault and other crimes, including minors, as well as their dependents (in cases of death or incapacity), who have suffered physical or mental injury and require rehabilitation and support

Benefits:

Financial compensation (interim and final), free medical treatment and counseling, legal aid, and rehabilitation support to help victims recover, reintegrate, and live with dignity, as per the prescribed compensation schedule
